We’ve put together some of the most commonly asked questions we receive below. If you don’t see what you’re looking for or still need further information, please get in touch and we’ll make sure to get you an answer as soon as possible.

"My item has is taking longer than the shipping time frame said it would take?"

Please contact support@attentiveapparel.com and we will chase this for you.

"Does Attentive have more than one branch?"

No, Attentive only sells online and sometimes at pop-up markets.

"Can I order out-of-stock sizes?"

Some items are available to pre-order if out of stock. Anything else will be announced on our social media when it's released again.

"What is your refund policy?"

You have 14 days to return the product after you receive it, please get in contact with us at support@attentiveapparel.com and we will try and resolve your issue. Items to be returned with tags still attached and in the condition you received it.

"How do I know what size will fit me?"

Sizing information is found on the items page in the shop. We will try and accommodate any items that don't fit, please get in touch with support@attentiveapparel.com .

"Can I cancel my order?"

Once you place your order, we will try and get the item(s) sent out the next working day. If we have already sent it you will have to return the item to us before we can issue a refund.

"What happens if my item is lost or stolen in the post?"

Please get in contact with support@attentiveapparel.com and we will chase up with the courier. 

"Where do you ship to?"

We can ship anywhere, the further we send it, the more shipping will cost.
